Hello again... We are trying to get caller ID on the 616 KSU with a DR5 cartridge. I know about the feature # to access the ID every time, but we would like the caller ID info to show on all sets connected to the KSU. Can anyone shead a bit of light on this subject? Thanks.

Unfortuately call id on a 818 can only appear automatically on one set. It is programmed in telco features on a per line basis.

The 616 was born way before caller ID, thus the add on C6 module to get it. Marv is right, only one set can show ID automatically (normally programmed as reception), all others program a button for feature 811 to see it.

Only other way is to update that KSU to a CICS with at least 6.0 software.

Hopefully the obvious part has been done. You will need to subscribe to Caller ID from your Telco Provider as well as using the C6 module.
