I have a customer that has a MICS 7.0 with PRI that is wanting to change the routing of incoming calls to their main number to different phones throughout the system. I have the main incoming number coming in on target line 200. I have line 200 programmed to appear and ring on ext 2233 only, which has no mailbox assigned and no forwarding assigned. What I am trying to accomplish is to have calls forwarded from ext 2233 to different extensions on the system. I am currently trying to do this with F4 - Call Forward from 2233. This works as far as ringing the ext I have it forwarded to, but I would also like for the calls to ring the extension and if no answer go to the mailbox of the ext I have the calls forwarded to. At the present time after the no answer timer the calls are going to the general mailbox instead of the extensions mailbox. Calls transferred on this line are working correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately forwarded calls follow CFNA/CFB settings of the originating station. So forwarded calls from 2233 will time out to the mailbox of 2233. If 2233 has no mailbox the call will end up the GM.
The only exception is Hunt groups which follow their own rules.

Create an individual hunt group for each extension that may be receiving forward from 2233.
example:
2233 needs to forward to 2250 on monday and 2251 on tuesday.
create huntgroup 7000(not sure what your huntgroups are) with 2250 as the only member, broadcast. Set 2250 as overflow dn. Set que time out to 15 or 30 seconds. (this should allow plenty of rings.)
Create huntgroup 7001 with 2251 as the only member, 2251 as overflow, 15 or 30 sec, etc.
Then instead of 2233 forwarding to 2250 or 2251, it would forward to 7000 or 7001, respectfully.
In theory, 2233 is forwarded to HG7000 with a hardforward F*4 at the set. A call to main number immediately rings HG7000 (2250) and they answer the call as a HG call or the call rings until the overflow is reached in 30 seconds. The call then dumps to extension 2250, which is the overflow dn and is handled by the CFNA and/or CFonBUSY setting for set 2250.
The next day when the calls need to be forwarded to 2251, 2233 gets forwarded to HG7001. Do this for as many extensions as you need.
I would try it out and test it extensively, with possible scenarios like multiple calls and with the user on the phone and off the phone, etc.
Then all you need to do is train the end users in charge of forwarding extension 2233 to the hunt groups instead of the extensions. This may be the most challenging part.
Hopefully this helps.
