Is it there a trick to loading keycodes on a Norstar CICS? Special passwords needed?
Or can anyone load a keycode they purchase?

You must mean MICS. Can't put a PRI on a CICS. If you can install you put in the code.

As RBF says no PRI on CICS. For MICS you buy a PRI enabler code then you must go to Nortel web site to generate a key code. Access to the site is restricted to Nortel dealers only.

Once you generate the code on the Nortel site, what do you do?

Do you have the manuals and PRI keycode info sheet? You go to the appropriate programming part and put in the system specific code when and where it asks.
