could some one please tell me the default password so i can attempt to reconfigure.

Also not sure if unit supports paging via intercom and or hold music with 2 port app server.
Or can i intregrate a 3rd part voice mail.
As far as i can tell the system has no analog extentions.

You have one of the oldest 0X32s available. The NT7B part is not a T1 card. Passwords are not allowed in the open forum. If it is the default password then down loading a manual from this site or others will tell you how to log in and re config.

Yes it supports page and MOH.
Yes it supports 3rd party voice mail.
It will support analog with added ATAs.

interesting 3rd party voicemail....
I wouldn't mine looking into one since there is no holiday schedule that i can find in the flash or call pilot models. i'm getting tired of calling into my accounts on holidays just to 99 the system for the day.
how would you interface it? using an ATA I suppose. Isn't that clumsy or is there a smoother integration?
sure wouldn't mind interfacing one of these new Panasonic TVA units. has anyone successfully installed a Panasonic voicemail TVA50 on a MICS?

I found a client with a 3rd party Vmail called a UMS voicemail server. I don't know anything else, couldn't find a website, but it worked really nicely. It took digital station ports and it was a little crystal brand pc. the customer maintained it via the LAN connection remotely from Canada.

I've got a CCI 2000 here that will plug into your digital station ports because it has a Northern emulation board. The VoiceGate also had an emulation board they bought from Northern.

You can buy a Northern VMI adapter to connect most any voicemail but as I remember they were about $750 for two ports. Northern was going to get paid for the integration if they sold you a voicemail or if they sold an integration module or if they sold the 3rd party mfg. emulation board.

The third party voice mails eat up one digital station port per voicemail port while the Northern VMs have an A and B channel per port so you get two voicemail ports from one digital port.

You could Google for VoiceGate, I don't think they still make an Norstar emulation voicemail, but you can check to see. I found programming the voicegate very frustrating, other people loved them. I've never tried programming the CCI 2000 that came with a system I bought because I never had time, so I don't know how easy it is to work with.

One good thing about the CCI 2000 type of voicemail is that you are not tied to revisions. I had a CICS Norstar in my home and a StarTalk flash voicemail. I upgraded my CICS software to get distinctive line ringing and the voicemail stopped working, I had to upgrade the voicemail software too. I find that revision business very frustrating and obnoxious.

Thanks for the offer Dan. It wasn't a bad unit but I have a low frustration level with voicemail and recently I said I would ship it to anyone who would make a $400 donation to a charity. $400 -tax write off +profit selling and no one wanted it.

I could always get Ted to help me make sense of it and when he left I just gave up. I think sometimes we get into a blind spot and this was mine. Why I could do Amanda, and Toshiba and Norstar but have this one beat me I just don't know. Other people loved them so it was just my personal black hole.
