Call log works great. When the call log is opened the customer wants the latest call to appear first. The log right now shows the oldest call first and it seems you need to go through all the calls to get to the latest..Any way to get to the latest call first??????

No there is no way to change it to show the latest call to show first. There are however, 2 headings, "old" and "new." Once you have viewed your calls, it automatically puts them into the old heading. Next time you check the log, you can go directly to the "new" heading to see fewer calls. Depending on the model of phone, if old and new don't show up, use the * and # (# for new) and pressing "0" takes you to the last spot you were at. You can also set the log lower, so that there are fewer calls to go through and turn on "auto-bumping" so it erases the old automatically.
