I am trying to install Reporting for a Call Center on a CP-150 for the first time. Does anybody have any help, I am not having any luck./ I can connect to the CP but not able to get the Reporting to work.
Does the Web Host PC need to be a stand alone?
Any help Please!!!!

Go to tek-tips.com and search all my posts. I have 3 Enhanced Call Centers on CP 150's working fine.
