Hi All. What functionallity will a consumer grade wireless phone have on a CICS via an ATA? Could he put a caller on hold for example.....or transfer a call.

Client wants to be mobile but not spend the money an a Spectralink solution.

Any input would be appreciated.

yes you can do it but you'll have to hit Flash plus * plus the feature code.
So a transfer would be flash (or 'link') * 70 plus the destination extension.

The best cordless phones are the ones that have a place that you can post a cheat sheet or card with all the flash codes for the user.

Thanks Guys! After some digging I did manage to find the feature codes to do this. Your input, as always, is appreciated!
