You guys have been pulling the software out with the KSU powered up? I've been told, by ITAS as well, to power down then pull the software. This also causes the system to default. I guess it doesn't really matter, whichever makes you feel more comfortable.

I will repeat, the ONLY time you EVER pull the software is to restore an upgrade gone bad, to return your cabinet to the original software. And while you are talking to ITAS they will regenerate all the keycodes you will loose

Well this sounds like fun It looks like I may have to do the upgrade from r1 t1 to 7.0 for the Digital mobility compatibility is there any suggestions for backing the system up with remote utilities or a RAD before attempting the upgrade or does anyone have any other tips before I get started.
