I'm not sure about the 100, but I believe the 150 can be initialized as a voicemail or a call center.
So, you may be able to reint and use it as a call center, but not as a voicemail. If you need it to do both, then you'll the keycode.
But, you should check to make sure the option (keycode) is not already installed as pnetrick suggested.
