Probably a very simple answer. How do I program feature 986 on a button? The system won't take any numbers in the 900 range. Then again I am in the coordinator logon. Possibly a restriction? Thanks to Marv and Reb - everything works great. Now I just need to program a VM transfer button for the receptionist.

You must have a feature explanation card somewhere. It lists most everything you can put on a button.

It is [Feature] * 1 for an outside speed dial number

It is [Feature] * 2 for an internal one touch intercom call and busy lamp (shows you if the phone is busy if it is an LCD button)

It is [Feature] * 3 for a feature as Thornhill says. All the codes will be in a Norstar feature card or on a small sheet that goes under the handset. This is all stuff you are meant to do without calling in a tech.

Is there any way to obtain a copy (legally) of that feature card? I dont know of any good avenues to obtain these type of documents and there are no manuals here onsite.
