hi guys:
i am trying to install MICS 7.0 in a customer site but, i faced a problem that the system is not detecting the DTI card. i had fixed the 6 port fiber card as it mansioned it the document.also i installed the DTI card in slot 4 in the main unit (card 1 ksu).in the configuration i changed the system profile to profile 2 to support PRI(E1)and i have cahaged the card 1 in ksu to PRI but, the DTI card LED still flashing and the system does not detect the card.
do i need a key code for PRI in MICS 7.0.
any suggest about this problem

Yes you do need the PRI key code. Also make sure your 6 port fiber is the combo card. The combo card is for expansion and the clock for the T1

about the key code the told me no need for key code if i am going to install the DTI card in the MICS KSU cards rlease 7.0

You don't need the PRI Enabler keycode to install the DTI for a T-1 circuit. But, if you have a PRI, you WILL need it to activate the PRI parameters in software.

Sorry...I just re-read your first post. Using profile 2, the PRI enabler keycode is NOT required. It is required for all OTHER profiles.

Have you disabled and re-enabled the card in Maintenance?
