Hello, I have a customer with a BCM 3.6 with a PRI, they want to call forward external a target did number. Problem is there is no physical phone associated with the target. Does anyone have any ideas on how to work around this?

In Lines programming for the target line there is a "redirect to" field. Populate that with your external number.
