I have the document but I do not have it in PDF. What do you need to know?

I have it in PDF. Sent.

Remember; minimum DR5 software, programming is in "Call Services" under "System Coordinator" and only one phone will automatically show the caller id before answering, others have to use F811.

MOHD, sent you a PM with the instructions from the installation card. Let me know if that is what you needed.

Does anyone have any documentation or know the pinouts on the M8 Caller ID box?

New user and having trouble with an M8 on a 8x24 with DR5. Caller id stopped working on the first 4 lines and after replacing the M8 it wasn't working on line 2 and 4. Is the install information still available so I can re-trace my steps and see where I have gone wrong?

Make sure that the amp connector is fully seated on the M8 and check the connections.

yup did that, still no go. It seems that the caller id issue follows the ports, if I swap line 2 and 3, ports 202 and 203, the line on port 203 shows the caller id while the line on port 202 loses its caller id info??? any ideas? I have swapped the M8 out with a second replacement now and still having the same issue. Is there an interface for this thing or a trick to setting it up because it seems straight forward.

Check the programing for line 2. Caller ID DN is none by default.

ok, the caller id DN for line 2 and 4 are set to the CAP; the prime set for each line is set to the voicegate vip4000 DN. This is the same as the other 6 lines that are all working fine.

Check your wiring, that's the only thing left.
