Customer claims that after I added an 8-port expansion card they can no longer pick up an incoming call without pressing the line key. Is this a system programming function or is it set on a per-phone basis? How do you set a phone for auto-answer (T7316 phones)?

A phone line has to ring on that set before you can answer it by just picking up the handset or pushing the Handsfree button. If it dosnt ring you have to push the flasing button.
