Hey All, One of my customers has A BCM 400 (I believe) Not sure of the S.W. version right now. On various sets the intercom key will light on a phone and stay lit. The only way to get it to go off is to disable the port then reenable. Any ideas what might be happening? Any help much appreciated!

Welcome to the board!
Is this something that has been happening since the system was installed, or did it just start happening over time?
What type of phone is having the issue?
How many users are affected?
Is there anything on the phone's display at the time it is having the problem?

Thanks, Usually dont have too many questions There have been 3 phones, all t-7316 and this just started happening in the past 1-2 months. Usually only one at a time. And I believe the phone still works just one intercom key will stick into in use mode. Also tried rebooting system and no change.

Curious... is the phone usable? In other words is it just I/C indicator lit but the phone is idle. What does the display say? Have you tried changing ports? Are you sure it's an I/C button (F*0 the button)?

From what the customer is telling me the intercom key is lit and the phone is idle but usable. I need to actually see it myself to see if it is something else. As the customer is fairly tech savvy I think it probably is the i/c key.
