I have been looking around for CICS software as I am missing the SW for a CICS. I have noticed websites listing ver 6.0, 6.1 and 7.0. Confusingly, some sites and auctions include DR2 and DR5 software with their CICS KSU. I thought the DRx software was only for the 824 and 616 units.

You are correct DR was dropped from software name when ICS came out. I'd be very wary of anyone using DR in describing ICS software.
