hello everyone,im new so be gentle with me,here's my problem.im running a cics 6.1,ive recently been trying out silent monitor, im using a T7316 as the sm supervisor. and 7316,7310 for the phones to be monitored,everthing works fine, i can listen in on the phones, but when im done and exit s.m mode, intercom dialtone and the co line i was trying it on are now very high pitch dialtone,but only on the sm supervisor phone it does not sound like a regular dialtone i can still call out and use the sm supervisor phone. ive tried switching phones using different ext's and it always happens to the sm supervisor phone.any help would be great,thanks,eric

Welcome mts1 I have never seen a change in dial sound as you describe.
