Just installed a new cics 7.0 with callpilot 3.0. Set up a ccr tree using tree 2, table 2. everything works as planned. Also set up a ringing service so customer can manually send calls to AA for a nite greeting, using table 1. This also works, but after I get the nite greeting, the system plays my main ccr tree greetings. What am I missing?

You can't use 2 different tables for the same line and you probably have a CCR entry in the non business of table 2.

It can only be done with only 1 table. There is only 1 table entry for each line. You can use multiple ccr's.
