Hello all,
I've got a Companion C3050 that when I go to dial out for some reason or another it is selecting line 004 even though I've Primed line 001. When I call in it picks up line 001 but when I go to call out it automatically chooses line 004. Any idea what I'm doing wrong here.

How are you accessing the outside line. Access code (9)? If yes you're hitting a line pool which will override prime line.
