You can use the RAD & Norstar Manager to see what the password is if I remember correctly.

The easiest way is the DEBUG marv is talking about. There is a spreadsheet for every phone system and a date to change the system to and you can reset the password in minutes without any tools or a RAD.


Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
