Make the morning 12:00am, afternoon 12:01am, evening 12:02am & non-business 12:03am. Do this for Sat & Sun.

Or, on Friday when they close the business, have them use Op Status (F982) and close the business (which will force the non-business greeting to play). On monday, make the business open.

Thanks for the info PTS, I was going to create a button on the operators extension anyhow just incase they wanted to force the Non-Business greeting. I will try the scheduling and see if that works so it will automatically go.

Use the auto sceule and set the evening greeting the same as Evening. Then for weekend do as PTS stated.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Someone can correct me if this is wrong. The non-business does not play unless you go into F982 and set "Business Open" = NO. Now I know this is true in the older software but the newer software has a time avail for non-business. Will it actually play non-business greeting with the F982 still set to OPEN=YES ??? Can someone explain to me, why would they have a time avail to set for non-business if it doesn't play unless OPEN=NO ??? OR is this newer software different ???
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

In each table, you can set a greeting number for non-business. Then set the non-business time for each day. If any of my customers use F982, they usually would use it at lunch time and the non-busines greeting would say the company is closed during lunch. Make sense?

NT, Yes the business status can remain open - "yes" all the time and the non-business will play on the schedule times. I have very few customers that even use F982 anymore.
Another way of doing the lunch greeting is to use greeting #3 for the non-business and use greeting #4 for the lunch greeting. The non-business will go according to the schedules (greet 3) and the lunch can go with a schedule or use F982 (greet 4)as pts suggested.
As for weekend schedules, the manual tells you to set all times at 12:00am and the non-business will play. I have never found this to work right so I just set the non-business for 12:01am for Saturday and Sunday and it seems to work fine.

The other reason for an Evening and a Non-Biz greeting is to address those customers who are not 9-5. If you have a retail store that is open from 9-9, the evening greeting would play from 5pm and the non-biz from 9pm.
I always set the weekends to 12:00am across the board and have never had a problem with the greeting not playing.
