I have 4 BCM 200's, I am using centralized voicemail on one of them between 4 sites, and at random on first attempt to open their mailbox my users get locked out. I can't seem to nail down a pattern. The operator which sits onsite with the Callpilot she gets locked out of her General Mailbox on first attempt also. Any idears?

Not to sound like a broken record, but make sure all software is up to date and patches installed.
