customer has an old norstar that i'm not
familiar with. i think it's a ds(6x16?)
it's a flat ksu & the co lines plug directly
into it.no visible trunk cartridges.
i don't think caller id is possible on
this system-right?

you need C6 caller id module and minimum DR5 software

Make sure your software is the right version, then if you need one, I have one that I no longer use if you want to play "let's make a deal".
