Hello all ...
I have caller ID on a CICS 4.2, Startalk Flash 2 ... when a checking a v/m message, the callers phone number appears in the window while playing the message ... is there a way I can switch that to show the name?
When I have the same setup with a CallPilot, the name shows by default.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm afraid you're SOL. The flash only stores the number not the name.
