I am getting an arrow blinking on several sets; no ringing, but it looks like there is an incoming call. When the user goes off hook, there is nobody there? There are three sets I am dealing with right now. Each set is on a seporate DTI card, but in the same office area, serviced by the same 11C switch. My software is v23.55 I have tried disconnecting the Line cable from the set to the switch; thinking that there may be static. I have disabled and re-enabled the sets and moved to an new TN. One set has been replaced with a new set (M2616)? Has anyone ever experianced this?
