Hi everyone! I know just barely enough to be dangerous when it comes to programming these phones & have a question...
When I turn on the Auto Attendant (Night Service) in the evening, some of the lines in the roll-over use it & some don't. Basically, if someone is calling in on Lines 1 & 2, they go straight to the Voicemail system, however, if someone calls in on Line 3 at the same time, it rings at the receptionist's desk like normal.
What am I missing? I am using a Norstar system with StarTalk Flash.
Thank you!!!!! Lisa
