I've got a NTAK11BD Rel.13 and our customer is wanting to put in a doorphone. first of all i've never worked on a option 11 and i'm very familiar with the MICS and CICS. what equipment am i going to need? and what will i need to do to program the system? i do have some manuals on the option 11 but what kind of software will i need?

I'd use a standard doorphone attached to a 2500 analog port and invoke hotline.
