Is there any way to program a Conf Bridge on a Norstar?

That depends on what you mean. The Norstar can do a conference call (Feature 3) with yourself and two other people. Those two others can be internal, external, or one of each. But that is the limit of conferencing on a Norstar. There may be some third party gadget, but I don't know of any personally.

The conferencing feature on Norstar leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend adding 3 way calling to your lines and using the Link feature.

Just because you can't do more than 2 other people, and just because if those others are not using Nortel phones they are sometimes hard to hear, and sometimes the other two can't hear each other, what more would you want ?

I took in a MICS that had a an amplified conference unit from a third party manufacturer. Not having seen it work, I was told that they could do 8 amplified calls at once and the MFG was still producing the equip.
