Working on an ICS with StarTalk vm. One station's mailbox will not answer. I confirmed station's settings for call forwarding is programmed. The station rings without ever going to vm. The user can access vm from his station, his greeting is on his mailbox.

Have you tried Call Forward No Answer, for that set to go to trhe VM ext?

Go to that phone in question. Do a Feature 981. What does your display say? Password or LOG ?? If it says LOG you do not have a mailbox associated with that ext. Verify your mailbox setting (MB=123 Ext=125 - This would be wrong ) Maybe someone mis-keyed the ext when adding the mailbox.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Call Forward B/NA is on.
