I have a customer with a Norstar 6.1 that wants to redirect a DID to a cell phone. All calls come in/out on a PRI (A).
As a test, I'm trying to set this up on x241 using target line 165. I can answer line 165 on x241 with no problems. When I redirect the line (F84) I press Intercom 8 (which is the destination code for PRI-A) followed by the number I want to forward to.
When I call the DID, after redirecting it, I get a fast busy. I have tried local and long distance with the same results. Also tried setting up Route 209 to test. When I dial 209 from x241 the call connects with no problems. When I redirect to 209 I get a fast busy. If I Call Forward x241 to 209 (F4) and call in via the AA, I get disconnected.
Yes, I turned on Allow Redirection under Terminals & Sets.
I've setup Line Redirection with analog lines and T-1's a bunch of times, but I'm not sure if I've ever have via a PRI.

The reorder tone is from the CO not the Norstar. Line redirection is actually a trunk to trunk transfer. It usually disabled on PRI and its being blocked at the CO.

So with a PRI you're actually doing a transfer and not a conference with 2 channels?
