I've got an 8x24 running DR 5.1 and a Startalk Flash running 1.5.
The AA is no longer answering. I've checked to make sure I have greetings recorded. I've checked to make sure the greeting table is set to active recorded greetings. And I've verified that the lines are set to AA answer.
Still I get no answer by the AA.
Where else can I look for the failure?

Try a power cycle and see if that doesn't fix it. It's a bit of a band aid solution but I've seen it work. You may have a larger problem (i.e. power issues, corrupt flash card etc.) but I've done power cycles where the problem never recurred.
Beer, sure I'll try one

No that didn't do it. I was able to get it to work by changing the answer time to 2 rings or 3 rings. Not sure why I didn't try that before.

I'm still having a problem though. The general mailbox is picking up if I set AA to answer at 4 rings.

What number of rings in call forward no answer is programmed for each phone.
If AA is set to 4 the phones have to be set a 5
