I'm going to be setting up a CP100 tomorrow, and the customer doesn't have the CD that should have come with this system. Is there anything on that CD that is a must have? I know there's a backup utility that they can live without, and there is documentation that I already have for them. Is there anything else that makes the CD valuable to have?
I'm also wondering if there's an easy way to determine what the IP address is, assuming it's been changed from the default previously.

The installer guide, on the cd, has the procedure to change the IP if it has been changed! This must be done through the serial port and CLI. You might connect to serial port and watch the boot-up sequence. I don't recall if the IP is displayed here.

The IP is shown on the serial port during the the boot sequence. You'll also get a chance to change it if need be.
On the CD you'll also find the docs for call center and client software for unified messaging.
PM me if you need anything.
