Nickels,
I am not sure what you mean by a direct line but being from Calgary I think you understand what iI need to do. When weather is bad enough to close the company I want to be able to enable or disable a pre-recorded message that has stored in an information mailbox stating that we are closed due to bad weather. My employee's will be told to call in the morning and access a certain extension(the infomation mailbox) and if the weather is bad enough to close the company I can call early in the morning and enable the company closed message.

What I meant by direct line was if the information mailbox had its own 10 digit number. What you have described to me tells me the answer to my question is no. Is it a call pilot or Startalk falsh? If you create an information mailbox, you should be able to have a greeting that says yes we are open today. You should be able to call in and change that greeting via the main number and access your mailbox remotely and change the greeting. As for disabling and enabling, if you had a call pilot, you could remotely change the greeting in the greeting table.
