Can you redirect a DID # coming into site “A†out to a remote site “B†using the IDC table and CDP. There is a working point to point between the 2 now, I know you can do it using an ACD but I was wondering if you could do it without that. According to the books it looks like DID to Network is what I’m looking for but I can not get it to work. There is no restrictions on the RDB or Trunks that I’m using for testing.
