we have a call pilot 100 voicemail system.
suddenly, the calls are no longer forwarded to
our voicemail. when I go to a telephone set and
view fonction 981, it mentions that this option is not programmable. please help

Reboot the call pilot and see if it cames up. If it still will not work then you may have a bad power supply. If so replace the power supply. Use a nortel power supply.

rebooting, but doesn't work. I will go and purchase the adapter to see if it works and will

What about any of the other feature codes? Do they work? If so, does F983? what happens?

Try feature ** xftest from a set test all feature code if they come inactive delete them all then reboot
try that
