Just so you guys know,

We upgraded our BCM 200, V3.5 to a 4.0. Things didn't go too smoothly - mostly due to a faulty Base Function Tray that crapped out in the middle of the 3.5 -> 3.7 upgrade.

The worst part, however, was that the Nortel KRS system didn't include our Voicemail Seats when it did the keycode upgrade (3.7 -> 4.0) It looks like this might be a common issue with the Nortel KRS website. The symptom was that F981 didn't work - the display on the telephones simply went to "exit".

To avoid this problem, thoroughly review the Features listed on the website when retrieving the 4.0 upgrade keycode (make sure your VM seats are listed).
