I have a customer that wants his D.I.D. and extension numbers to match. Problem is the range of numbers are from 1100 to 1140. When I program any mailbox 1100-1140, I receive an “error overlaps with name prefix or special prefix†The Call Pilot set for NVM Interface and I’ve changed name prefix to different values. Any suggestions?
Thanks Walt

You need to set the CP to the CP interface, then change the Special Prefix and the Name Prefix to something that doesn't begin with 1, then change the setting back to the NVM interface.

Thanks Toner for your fast response! I followed your instructions and that resolved the problem. Is there any information on numbering plan conflicts for the CP and MICS? Thanks again!
