I have a customer who has a Opt 11 and call pilot 4.0. Somehow the Windows Server 2003 Appliance Edition log ins do not work. Well it does Log in, it is as if someone has somehow changed the passwords for the administrator, the Sys and the Dis??? I have also connected directely to the callpilot via a laptop and crossover cable. I cannot log in with the admin mailbox. I have a user who has executive access, so at least I can add or delete non admin mailboxs, but I cannot unlock mailboxs or passwords with this executive mailbox. All the passwords were changed from the default and there is almost no way they could have hacked these passwords. Anyone have any bright ideas other than reinstalling the pilot?

I do not know the CP 4.0 so don't shoot me for asking. This is a windows 2003 server correct.

If so shoot me a PM or give me a call and I will be able you help you if you need to change the Administrator Login to Windows 2003.

Be more than happy to help.
