I am trying to add a line to voicemail but it keeps telling me appln when I try to program it to answer in the auto-attendant. All other lines took the programming. I am assuming this means application, but where is it being used?

We will need a little more info on what you are working with. What voicemail? What system? What is their software versions respectively? What says applying?

I still don't know what voicemail it is? By the software version of the MICS, I will guess that it's a Flash? Have you tried to reboot the voicemail?
