I am working on Norstar MICS rel.4 I am trying to add a line to the voicemail via F983...AA...Lines..It will not allow me to change it as it says appln. I was able to add another line with no problem.

I belive in 4.1 there is no Line 27. It is 1-4 and 31-34?

Where does the original poster say he is trying to add line 27 ????
And Line 27 does exist. It just may not be used in his set up. Depending on the software release, the First trunk slot has AVAILABLE for use, lines 1-24 or 1-30. The second slot has AVAILABLE for use lines 25-48 or 31-60. They are there, but the card you use may only use the first 4 lines (POTS) or the first 24 (T1) etc...

In 4.1 Line 5 - 8 is lines 025-028. But I have no idea what theoriginal poster is talking about.

I do remember that after telemarv's question was another respond about Line 27. I did not get it out of blue. I know that you can have T1 or E1 in first 2 slots but I understud that original question was about POTS lines
