Hi, Someone, somehow, has changed the Admin pswd on my customer's NAM voice mail. I've been in and out of the admin programming without problems for months, but today, no go. I believe I know the correct procedure to do a reset, but would greatly appreciate a private confirmation, since my customer is an hour's drive from my office!
