You should NOT have lines A&R to the CP DN. Calls will be answered on the 1st ring and you won't receive caller id info.

Marv 100% right. As soon as you asigned CP DN A&R on lines it will go right into AA Day and Night and you will never get CID. So, Twisted Pair have you forsed all calls into AA.

kenthia may not have caller id. However, I think vad60 was on to something earlier. Make sure the lines are not ringing to an extension that is forwarded, but has no mailbox. That will send calls to GDM.

So....I guess I have to go back and double-check all the DN ringing assignments. FYI, It is ringing 4X now, and then going to the Greeting/CCR Tree, as desired. I did not even think to check the CLID function, or lack thereof.
Interesting that I've got it set to Appear/Ring at the CP DN, but yet it's ringing 4X, contrary to your prediction.
Again, this forum is invaluable. I'm learning alot, even after 15 years in the biz. Thanks everyone!

I was taught at Nortel training that the lines had to appear and ring on the V/M DN. I have been doing it that way for years and it always works. The number of rings before answering can still be set through F983 and caller id will carry as long as you have the minimum 2 ring setting.
