Hello again Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'm here to give you a laugh with my awe-inspiring powers of reasoning and deduction.
Try to stay off of the floor, the cleaning crew might be lazy.

My boss put a DTI card into a MICS 6.0 a few weeks ago and can't figure out why he can dial out but not into the did numbers.
He even completely defaulted and reprogrammed the system TWICE, but we're still getting this.

I have no idea where to look for the disa dn, as I think this is why the system is answering with dt. Everything I've read so far says it probably is. The manual is pretty sketchy on details pertaining to disa dn as well.

I can make calls out on this all day if I want. I actually replaced the card yesterday just to rule it out.
I checked line programming on targets 145 through 272 yesterday (because I had absolutely nothing better to do with my time) but found nothing standing out.

Can anyone offer any tips on where to start looking?

Thanks so much,
Tyler

Make sure the PRI lines are set to AUTO ANSWER rather than MANUAL. Just one place to check.

you can find disa dn under system programming and then in access codes.

If I am reading your post correctly, I think you are saying, the wonderful boss somehow turned on Answer DISA and you are trying to find where to turn it off - right???
Look under LINES - SHOW LINE: - TRUNK LINE/DATA. You should find Answer Mode & Answer with DISA Y/N.
If I am reading you wrong, just ignore this post.
