Hello,I have a customer who has 2 OPT11c/cs1000 rls. 4.5 running IP trunk 3.0 through a vpn.It works fine.They want to bring a 3rd location on line that has a 3com ip-pbx (NBX3000 analog).Will IP trunk talk to the 3com, or do I have to install a different gateway? They also want to bring a 4th location in that has a Cisco Call Mgr.Will IP trunk talk to it?

H.323 trunking should work. Haven't done this one before. The gateway that you have should work. Notice the should.  Make sure that the other switches have the H.323 protocal as well.
