Ok guys I have another problem. This customer has a call pilot 100 2.0 software/mics not sure on software. Problem: message indication was working on this extension up until three weeks ago when they unplugged the phone to move the desk. Phone is still plugged into the original jack but now there is no message indication, everything else is good. I first tried to go into the mailbox and it dumped me right into the message menu without asking me for a password. I tried deleting the mailbox twice which fixed the above symtom but not the indication. I also reset the voicemail still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Go into the mailbox admin (f983), change, enter the mailbox number, press next until you see "msg waiting" and make sure it's set to yes.

Msg indication is set to yes and it is the correct DN assigned. There was a previous tech who went in through the computer, and I am wondering if he could of changed something that might have affected this and I am not seeing it when I go to administration through the phone. Everything was working fine until they unpluged the set three weeks ago.

The phone is a M7208 and yes I have tried another phone(M7208). I think I will try shutting down the whole system, I am lost as to what to do at this point, short of taking a hammer to it.

Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
