Is it possible to program a DID directly to a mailbox on a MICS with a NAM.

There are previous posts on phantom mailboxs a few different times if you search for them. As for the answer to your question, yes you can.

I searched but only found help for a mics with a call pilot.

i beleive 3.0 an higher make mialbox same as target line/DID make sure no ext is same as mbox

pat_guido, do you mean make the mailbox the line # or the digits of the did I am receiving?

digits recieved...will only work if recieved length and ext length are the same...so target line 154 recieved 4444 vm needs to be 4444..no extension can be 4444
