I have a calling out problem from a Norstar Mics 4.0. When I call this certain company and enter in extension 113, it transfers me to their general mailbox. Not sure what system is on the other end. However, when I call from a cell phone and enter that extension, I get the guy. I try calling out from my MICS to another norstar with vm and enter in an extension, works fine. When I call my cell phone from this norstar and put my cell on speaker, I hear the tones no problem. It's just this one system that it happens on. Like I say, I'm not sure what they have on the other end. Anyone ever hear of this? Is there something I should check?
Thanks Chris

Just his extension, or all of them?
