hi again. I have not been back since I was waiting to see if the doctors(yes they are doctors) wanted to keep their voice mail. I have two that really don't want it......and I know for sure it is tree i and path 3. It is ONLY the recording that I need to change...to not give the option of selecting 6 or 7.....or whatever # it is to reach their mail box. I have no idea about disabling and enabling so I guess i will just have to either pay for tech support over the phone....or invest in learning the system....which is around 300 dollars..
Did I mention it is a Doctor that runs this business.....It is a clinic....
