I have an option 11c and I am trying to forward all calls to another number. I am using M3904 digital sets and I added the number from the switch on key 19 to the number I wanted it to forward but it is not working. Did I miss something? Can I forward a call from the switch?

I think you have to do a Hard Forward from the phone itself. If you want FNA then you can do that from the maintenance term.

I forgot you could use, I think it was called "DISA/Remote Call Forward". I've just never used it maybe someone here could shed some light.

Is this an internal call forward or external. If it is extnernal the key must be programed to CFW8 or CFW16 depending on the number of digits you need to enter for the call forward. Then simple press the CFWD key and enter 9+the number and CFWD again, and you should be set. If you no longer want to use that number somewhere you could program that line as a "phantom DN" in your phantom loop, if you have one and call forward it from there.

I set up the extension as a virtual dn since the location is not local. I just wanted to make it temporarily but can not seem to get it to work.
I want internal and external calls to forward and I set it up on key 19 cfw 16 #### ...

If a set is not plugged in on the 3900 series I am pretty sure the forwarding will not go anywhere. I would think you need to prt your loops and look for the phantom loop. LD 22 PRT CFN and look under SUPL you are looking for the loop that shows a P in front of it. You can then program a Phanton TN like a 500 set and under FTR enter DCFW 4 or 8 plus the number.
