You still didn't unswered what Rout and what Pool you are using on Dest.code 333. You have to use Pool that have lines in it.

No, I was not aware of that. I have it set to public. So add a line in Pool A for example then set the Route to pool and I should be good. I will give it a try. I tried using the Transfer (F70) and the only difference I see is that the transfer uses two lines that are occupies and also you loose volume degradation. Yes/No.

Ok, here are steps. Let say you have Pool A with 2 lines in it. Lines has to be Supervised. You go into Services > Show > Routing Services > Show > Routs > Show and create Rout 005 > show and put the number you would be transfered to starting with 1 + 10 digits. Go back to Routs > Next to go to Dest.code > Show > assign code(333) > Show and dial 005(Rout number you created). Done.
Dial in the office, unswer call, press Transfer and dial 333. Done.

Ggrego:
This may be a dumb question, but...........
What is "Loop Status" and where in programming did you find that prompt??

If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
